Grand Opening Attendee Information

We are rapidly approaching the Grand Opening of the Limited Run Retail Store! Below is some important day-of information for anyone interested in attending.

General Information

The store itself will be open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM on Saturday, April 30th. Please DO NOT begin lining up before 6:30 AM that day. We are not allowing overnight lineup, and venue security will ask you to leave.

The outside area under the tents will be open from 10:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturday, April 30th. Attendees are not permitted in this area until 10:00 AM.

The weather is currently forecasted to be around clear and around 70F. In any case, please prepare for the possibility of light rain as weather can change rapidly.

Store Lineup and Process

Since we expect a large turnout and want to give as many people as possible the chance to experience the store, we are limiting each patron to roughly 15-20 minutes in the store. We understand this is not ideal, but please remember that the store will be officially open after this Saturday, and we invite everyone to come back and visit as much as possible!

“How am I supposed to shop and see all the great items at the store?”

Great question. We think everyone should have a shot at a specific product they want. Below that process is outlined, and we will have staff there to help!

• Customers in line will be given access to the retail website in batches as they near the entrance to the store via a unique password for their batch.
• Upon entering the password, the retail store website will be visible, showing inventory split by Platform and Edition type with an additional “Hot Items” category. (The “Hot Items” category has a per customer limit across all contained items.)
• You’ll create your orders via the same method as our main website, with the exception of tax and shipping.
• Add wanted items to your cart.
• Click the cart icon to go to checkout.
• Enter your billing information.
• Enter your payment information.
• Local sales tax is applied to all transactions regardless of billing address. You will not be prompted for shipping details.
• Once your order has been placed, it will be automatically submitted to our team for processing.
• Once inside the retail store, there will be a separate notated location for those online order pickups. *Please note, any additional items purchased inside the retail store will be done through a different system/transaction.
